Some of our main products are metal inserts, springs, and contacts. Majority of our pressed parts are stamped progressively, and we have in-process inspections to ensure the critical dimensions are met per the specification. The product may require deburring and/or washing before they go into QC phase. Since we have already executed in-process inspection, during the QC stage, we only perform sampling inspection for critical dimensions, however, we do 100% visual check on exterior appearance.

A good tool/die helps reduce the overall cost of manufacturing, increases production rate, and maintains product quality/consistency. We work with professional and experienced toolmakers, and we have an in-house tool room for simple modifications or adjustments.

Stamping

Also called pressing, it involves placing flat sheet metal, in either coil or blank form, into a stamping press. In the press, a tool/die surface form the metal into the desired shape. Punching, blanking, bending, coining, embossing, and flanging are all stamping techniques used to shape the metal.There are progressive stamping and traditional pressing, most of our products are manufactured using progressive stamping method.
